　　 WinWorld multimedia digital monitoring system combined with security,fire protection , environment and power equipment ,use MJPG-16 picture collection and multi-picture segmentation machines and video signal collection cards to receive video image shot by a camera on the spot. The system compresses and decodes image by the means of JEPG, and brings to success of real time recording by the means of figure files ,then stores it on the hard disks of local PC . Through software directly , the system displays the decompressed real time recording image with signal picture,quadruple picture,ninefold picture and caroche picture or decodes and replays image information dealt by compression and coding on the screen of local PC. The image information collected and recorded on the spot accomplishes intervention of video monitoring network by long-distance transmission.

Use of digital monitor in banking system

It requires: the forepart camera lens have to be above 480 lines;each path of video reaches 25 frame/second after video is digitalized;each path of video has to be added sound and accomplished synchronization; and resolution is above 352*288. Monitor records in banking system

　　This video system aims at monitoring layered business station. It's unnecessary to man's guarding on the forepart of counter,and all image can be transferred and displayed to monitoring center.
　　Each station is stalled 4 camera lens,which all of them are active all-rounded. The focus and depth of field of camera lens can be altered according to various needs.
　　Temporary monitor can be setup on the spot. It switches between single picture and quadruple picture by keyboard and mouse. It also can control running and pitching of camera lens, and adjust focus and depth of field. The local image quality reaches 25 frame/second.
　　Image is transferred to monitoring center through 128K or 384K special telephone line ,and control as well. Monitoring center is stalled 1 video monitor and 1controlling device.
　　Each monitor can display circularly any image appointed beforehand from layered stations,and circular interval can be set . Each monitor has the function of displaying images of 4 stations with 4 separated screens.
　　Controlling center can distribute displaying tasks for each monitor,set displaying mode of monitor,and take displaying content and mode under control.(by operating keyboard and mouse)
　　Controlling center has communications interfaces of other monitor system(through Pacific Network or RS232 interface,with TCP/IP protocol). Through communications interface, it successfully accomplish contemporary operating of video displaying and monitoring system on power and environment. When a certain station gives an alarm,the image of camera lens relating to alarm will be fixed on the screen of the monitor.
